A quick one before heading out for the weekend. Thankfully the forecast is in my favor, aka not snowing long enough for me to wear flannel and eat my way through Portland. (Any recommendations for some must-go places?)

Some people are pumpkin spice people, but I’m solidly in the gingerbread (and also chai) family(/ies). These waffles look so good, they make my eyes do cartoon things.
